Schedule/Hours

Qualifications
- Valid California SLP license (required)
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based speech therapy experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability in diverse and evolving clinical situations
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in acute care patients
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic processes and at-home practices
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation per hospital standards
