Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, traveler assignment
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a hospital setting
- California SLP license (in good standing)
- Active BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and patient populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans for inpatients and outpatients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patients progress and adapt therapies as needed
- Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and at-home exercises
