Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent SLP experience in a hospital setting
- Active California SLP license required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong patient assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize patient care outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic processes and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
