Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recent hospital-based Speech-Language Pathology experience
- Active California SLP license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and collaboration in multidisciplinary settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and occupational/physical therapists to optimize patient outcomes
