Schedule:
- Travel assignment (details discussed during interview)
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for a variety of patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
- Document patient progress and participate in case conferences and planning meetings.
- Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on communication strategies and therapeutic exercises.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years hospital-based SLP experience
- Active California SLP license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and multi-disciplinary teams
