Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based SLP experience
• Active California SLP license required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient-care skills
• Ability to function smoothly within multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Provide direct therapy services and ongoing assessment
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans in accordance with hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and at-home strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals for optimal patient outcomes
