This travel position is designed for experienced Speech Language Pathologists seeking exposure to innovative therapy practices and collaborative leadership styles. Youll be part of a dedicated group that values teamwork, patient-centered care, and continuous learning. Dive into complex evaluations, treat a diverse caseload, and contribute to best-practice therapy standards among a supportive staff of two other therapists, an Office Coordinator, and a Rehab Aide.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Expect 1015 patient appointments per day
  • Each session is scheduled at 30-minute intervals (1 hour for complex evaluations)
  • 5 days a week with a comprehensive, department-specific orientation

Qualifications:

  • Valid Georgia SLP license
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 1 year of recent SLP experience, with strong preference for outpatient rehab and previous travel assignments
  • EMR (EPIC) experience a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; no first-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech therapy to a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedics, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop tailored care plans, and perform complex and simple evaluations
  • Maintain accurate records using EPIC EMR platform
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
