Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Active California SLP license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hospital-based SLP experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders across diverse age groups
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to develop individualized care plans
- Document patient progress and recommendations clearly and accurately
- Educate patients and family members on intervention strategies and progress
- Adapt care strategies to meet dynamic patient needs
