Schedule/Hours:

  • 36 hours guaranteed per week

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Experience in acute care, hospital, or rehabilitation settings preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed physical therapists
  • Implement treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal functional mobility
  • Monitor progress and report outcomes accurately
  • Educate patients and families on therapy interventions and home exercises
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
