Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Previous experience in a hospital or similar acute rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing and carrying out treatment plans for patients with diverse diagnoses
• Document patient progress and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in therapy spaces
