Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (state-specific licensure required)
- Experience in acute hospital therapy settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong documentation and organizational abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced hospital environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality therapy care to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist in patient evaluations, therapy interventions, and implementation of treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Educate patients and families regarding therapy goals and home exercises
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
