As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a hospital setting, youll collaborate with a talented, multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality patient care. Schedule & Hours:

Key Qualifications:
- Valid PTA license in California
- Recent experience providing therapy in a hospital setting
- Ability to work collaboratively within a interdisciplinary team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist physical therapists in carrying out established treatment plans for hospital patients
- Support patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities according to clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Ensure patient safety and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient progress
