As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in a hospital setting, youll collaborate with a talented, multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality patient care. Schedule & Hours:

  • 13-week assignment
  • 30 hours guaranteed weekly

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid PTA license in California
  • Recent experience providing therapy in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a interdisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dedication to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist physical therapists in carrying out established treatment plans for hospital patients
  • Support patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities according to clinical guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Ensure patient safety and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate on patient progress
