Schedule/Hours:

- 30 hours guaranteed per week

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in California
- Experience working in acute or hospital-based therapy settings preferred
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality therapy under the direction of a physical therapist
- Assist with patient care plans and rehabilitation activities tailored to individual needs
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress
- Foster a supportive and motivating environment for patients and families
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines
