Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant who is ready to make an immediate impact within a hospital therapy setting. The contract spans 13 weeks, offering the chance to work closely with a dedicated clinical team and support patients on their rehabilitation journeys.

Schedule:

  • 36 hours per week
  • Guaranteed weekly hours
  • Consistent weekday shifts

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
  • Previous experience working in a hospital or skilled nursing therapy environment
  • Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with physical therapists and multidisciplinary staff
  • Current BLS certification

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individually tailored therapy treatments as directed by supervising physical therapists
  • Assist with patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Support safe ambulation, mobility, and patient independence
  • Ensure thorough, accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
  • Deliver therapy services in accordance with all policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
