Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (PTA) in the state of California (or eligible to obtain)
- Prior experience in hospital-based therapy strongly preferred
- Knowledge of current therapy techniques, patient safety standards, and documentation practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing and evaluating patient care plans

- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote patient recovery
