Step into a dynamic role as a Physical Therapist and deliver high-impact care in a respected hospital outpatient setting. Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00am 5:45pm (9.25-hour shifts)
• No weekend or on-call responsibilities

Key Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or status update if pending)
• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient background highly preferred
• Experience with neuro and vestibular rehab is a strong plus
• Comfort with EPIC and Cedaron EMR systems

What Youll Do:

• Evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy treatments for diverse patient needs, specializing in neuro and vestibular cases
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to facilitate optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care in EMR with accuracy and efficiency
• Educate patients and their families about therapy programs, exercises, and strategies for continued wellness
• Contribute ideas and feedback to continually improve quality of care in the outpatient therapy department
• Professionally represent the organization while adhering to the defined dress code
