Schedule:

• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
• Experience providing therapy in hospital or acute care environments
• Strong clinical assessment and prioritization skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Current BLS certification (required)
• Previous travel or contract therapy experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans to facilitate optimal mobility and function
• Administer therapeutic physical interventions safely and effectively
• Document patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in keeping with hospital standards
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes, exercises, and home care

• Comply with all infection control and hospital policies
