Schedule:
- 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday
- Must be available to work one holiday if needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in inpatient rehab or acute care
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current PT license with active state licensure
- BLS certification required
- First Aid certification preferred
- Primary source online verification
- Residence 100+ miles from assignment area required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Develop and implement age-appropriate care plans following evaluation results
- Perform detailed clinical assessments upon physician referral
- Accurately document patient treatment and progress
- Adapt and respond effectively to new and changing clinical assignments
