Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Assess, plan, and administer age-appropriate interventions in accordance with individualized patient needs
- Precisely document treatment plans and patient progress
- Adapt to rapidly changing assignments within inpatient rehab or acute care settings
- Maintain rigorous compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' inpatient rehab or acute physical therapy experience
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapist license and state licensure (with Primary Source Online Verification)
- BLS certification required; First Aid certification preferred
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility location
