Qualifications & Experience:
- Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in Washington, DC
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience preferred (open to new grads)
- Experience with case management, evaluation/assessment techniques (fall risk assessment, ortho/neuro assessments)
- Proficiency in treating a wide range of ortho and neuro conditions (outlined below)
- Comfort with productivity expectations: minimum of 11 visits/day, 55 visits/week
- Familiarity with EHR systems such as NextGen is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans for patients with conditions including Achilles tendonitis, ACL tears, post-operative pain, fractures, rotator cuff injury, osteoporosis, concussion, Parkinsons disease, and vestibular/vertigo disorders
- Perform thorough assessments and monitor patient progress
- Coordinate care as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Manage a caseload of 55+ patients weekly
