Schedule/Hours:
- 36-40 hours per week
- MondayFriday
- No weekends, no holidays, no call
- Shifts available: 3x12s, 4x10s, or variable 8scustomized with your input
- Clinic open 7 am7 pm; includes evening hours
Qualifications:
- Must reside more than 60 miles away
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Effective time management and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to high ethical and professional standards
- Desire for ongoing professional development and mentorship experience
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, 1-on-1 patient care in a primarily outpatient setting
- Evaluate and treat a variety of cases, including neurological and orthopedic
- Float occasionally to inpatient as required
- Document care using Epic EMR
- Supervise and support physical therapy assistants
