Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients and families about exercises and home activities to support rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and document findings in accordance with hospital protocols
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in discharge planning
• Uphold high standards of safety, dignity, and confidentiality for every patient

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Previous experience working in a hospital or acute care setting strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centered approach
• CPR certification required
