Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)

- CPR/BLS certification required

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for hospital inpatients and outpatients
- Develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patients needs
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional training, and injury prevention programs
- Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
- Monitor patient progress, document interventions, and report outcomes according to hospital standards
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and post-discharge care
- Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
