Physical Therapists passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care will thrive in this contract position, primarily supporting outpatient therapy with some acute care responsibility. The role focuses on evaluating, planning, and administering individualized physical therapy treatments to optimize patient outcomes, delegating tasks as needed to assistants and aides. A substantial sign-on bonus is offered with a two-year commitment.

Desired Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with active credentials.
- Experience in both outpatient and acute care preferred.
- Strong assessment, intervention, and care planning skills.
- Capacity to supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides effectively.
- Superior oral and written communication ability, including teaching skills for patient/family education.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows and willingness to engage with technology in the workplace.
- Ability to multitask, independently manage caseload, and demonstrate sound organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to upholding standards around patient confidentiality, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and document patient function, establishing treatment goals and plans.
- Perform and supervise interventions for diverse patient populations.
- Update and communicate plan of care with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Teach and support patient/family in home programs and use of adaptive equipment.
- Participate in team conferences, program development, and ongoing staff education.
- Promote continuous process improvement, maintain thorough documentation, and support community education initiatives.
