In this role, you will support both acute care and long-term care patients, working as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and quality of life for individuals in need of therapy services.

Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Previous experience in an acute or long-term care hospital environment preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement and adjust treatment plans to achieve rehabilitative goals
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to supporting patient independence and well-being
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in acute care and the Eckerd Living Center
- Create and document personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical best practices
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other rehab professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility, and strategies for maximizing function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Participate in care planning meetings as a core member of the rehabilitation team
