- 0800-1630
- SundayThursday or TuesdaySaturday
- Must be available to work one holiday, if needed
Qualifications
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
- Minimum 2 years physical therapy experience in inpatient rehab or acute care
- Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Current physical therapist licensure and state authorization
- BLS certification required; First Aid certification preferred
- Online primary source licensure verification
- Strong adaptability to shifting assignments and multidisciplinary collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality physical therapy services as a collaborative team member
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations on physician referral
- Design comprehensive, age-appropriate care plans based on evaluation findings
- Administer treatments and monitor patient progress
- Maintain meticulous, accurate documentation of all patient encounters
