Schedule/Hours:

  • Rotating weekends

Key Qualifications:

  • 1 year of physical therapy experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited program
  • PT Texas licensure (required)
  • Current BLS certification

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions as required by PT discipline
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of physical therapists, PTAs, and other allied health professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using MEDITECH EMR
  • Deliver care with compassion and professionalism
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a patient ratio of approximately 1:12

Workplace Environment:

  • Standard hospital equipment
  • 444 beds, staffed by a team of dedicated professionals
  • Day shift covered by 1 charge therapist, 3 PTs, and 2 PTAs
  • Navy blue scrubs required
