Schedule/Hours:
- 0800-1630
- Flexible schedules: SunThurs or TuesSat
- Must live 100+ miles away
- Availability for one holiday shift if required
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid PT license and state licensure
- Primary source online verification
- BLS certification (required)
- First Aid certification (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehab or acute experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality, comprehensive physical therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments upon physician referral
- Develop and execute age-appropriate care plans based on clinical evaluation
