Schedule:
- 36 hours guaranteed per week
Qualifications:
- Valid and active Physical Therapy license (PT) in Texas (or eligibility for licensure)
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Previous experience in a hospital or rehab setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and collaborative teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs tailored to each patients unique needs
- Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists for coordinated, comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises and strategies for continued improvement
- Adhere to all compliance and safety regulations within the healthcare setting
