Schedule:

• Contract position
• Hours and shifts coordinated with patient and facility needs

What You'll Bring:

• Active, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience in both outpatient and acute care settings preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills
• Capacity to delegate, supervise, and educate Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
• Solid communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to multitask while prioritizing patient safety and confidentiality
• Comfort in managing a variable caseload and adapting to frequent movement, postural changes, and physical demands
• Competency with Microsoft Windows and willingness to pursue ongoing education and compliance training

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine functional status and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and revise goal-based treatment plans in coordination with physicians and families
• Administer therapy through exercise, modalities, and adaptive equipment, educating patients and caregivers
• Supervise and coordinate with PTAs, Aides, and students, promoting process improvement
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for treatment and billing
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures, including OSHA guidelines
• Foster a culture of excellence, integrity, accountability, and collaboration
