Desired Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Previous hospital-based therapy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

- Effective communication skills with patients, families, and staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for hospital patients

- Document patient status, goals, and outcomes in the hospitals electronic medical records
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and goal-setting
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Participate in care planning and discharge processes, supporting optimal recovery
