Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in California
- Experience in a hospital or inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong understanding of therapy modalities and treatment plans
- Excellent patient communication and team collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapeutic assessments and design individualized patient care plans
- Administer evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document progress and maintain accurate patient records according to facility standards
- Educate patients and families on exercises, aftercare, and recovery best practices
