Job Description
A healthcare role is available for a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience to provide skilled therapy services to patients throughout Solano County, California. This travel assignment involves delivering personalized care in patients homes and requires strong clinical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and complete start of care visits promptly
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants ensuring quality care
- Submit start of care visit reports by the next day
- Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours
- Maintain consistent communication with supervisors, intake staff, and office personnel
- Remain responsive during normal business hours
Desired Experience:
- Valid California Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of one year experience in home health physical therapy
- Proficient in documentation using Kinnser system
- Ability to manage and expand patient territory as required
Schedule & Location:
- Work 40 hours per week, Saturday through Wednesday
- Territory primarily Solano County, CA, with potential expansion
- Training includes three full days: one in-house and two in field
Equipment and Benefits:
- Issued iPad and Verizon One Talk for efficient communication
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.655/mile from first to last patient visit
