As a hospital-based physical therapist, youll develop your clinical expertise and gain exposure to new treatment protocols and interdisciplinary collaboration. Schedule/Hours:

Desired Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of California
- Previous acute hospital experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-assessment skills
- Experience with interdisciplinary care teams
- Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Coordinate care plans in collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
- Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises
- Participate in discharge planning and interdisciplinary meetings
