Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Therapy experience in a hospital setting required
• Proven ability to develop and conduct treatment programs aimed at functional restoration
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective team-based care
• Commitment to meeting departmental standards and patient outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct physical therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs
• Design and implement treatment programs in line with department objectives
• Serve as a co-leader within interdisciplinary patient care teams, contributing expertise during group sessions
• Evaluate patient progress and adapt therapy plans accordingly
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility protocols
• Foster a supportive and therapeutic environment for optimal patient outcomes
