This opportunity allows you to elevate your career by handling diverse cases involving orthopedics, neurological, and general debility patients. Working in a modern, 25-bed facility with a strong focus on 1:1 treatment, youll gain hands-on experience in advanced outpatient therapy using sophisticated tools like Ultrasound, E-stim, and Lite Gaitbuilding your resume in a setting that values innovation and adaptability. Professional development is further enhanced by floating between two outpatient locations, exposing you to a breadth of patient needs, documentation practices (Epic EMR), and team dynamics.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7:45am4:15pm, MondayFriday
- No weekends or on-call requirements
- Weekly guarantee of 40 hours
Qualifications:
- Valid State Physical Therapy License
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year of therapy experience (outpatient orthopedics preferred)
- Strong general therapy skills (orthopedics, neuro, balance, pain management)
- Team-oriented mindset with flexible approach to assignments
- Professional appearance; adherence to charcoal gray scrub dress code
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized patient care in hospital and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and rehab teams for integrated therapy plans
- Document care using Epic EMR
- Float between RS and WF outpatient locations as needed
