Schedule/Hours:
- 0800-1630
- Choose between Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat shifts
- Must live at least 100 miles away
- Availability to work one holiday if needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehab or acute physical therapy experience
- Accredited degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid PT license and state licensure (Primary Source On-Line Verification required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- First Aid certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality physical therapy services as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments upon physician referral
- Develop and implement age-appropriate plans of care
- Accurately document patient treatment and progress
- Adapt to new and evolving work assignments with professionalism
