Schedule:
- MondayFriday, 7:45 am4:15 pm
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
Desired Qualifications:
- Current State Physical Therapy License
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience, ideally in outpatient orthopedics
- Flexibility to float between RS and WF outpatient locations as needed
- Team-oriented with adaptable, collaborative approach
- Proficient with Epic EMR (training provided)
- Experience treating orthopedic, neurological, and general debility cases preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, individualized therapy with 1:1 patient ratios
- Utilize modalities such as Ultrasound, E-stim, and Lite Gait
- Participate in interdisciplinary care for a 25-bed unit
- Document care plans and outcomes in Epic
- Adapt to patient needs across outpatient locations
