Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, valid Physical Therapist license (PT)
• Experience in hospital-based therapy strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Strong communication skills to foster patient motivation and interdisciplinary teamwork
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and adaptability in a clinical setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet and support department objectives through targeted therapeutic interventions
• Serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary teams to advance patient care goals
• Monitor, assess, and document progress throughout treatment cycles
• Educate patients and families on exercises, therapy progress, and at-home recommendations
• Engage with colleagues across disciplines to ensure optimal care outcomes
