Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, valid Physical Therapist license (PT)
- Experience in hospital-based therapy strongly preferred
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Strong communication skills to foster patient motivation and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and adaptability in a clinical setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing physical, social, and mental functions
- Meet and support department objectives through targeted therapeutic interventions
- Serve as a co-leader in interdisciplinary teams to advance patient care goals
- Monitor, assess, and document progress throughout treatment cycles
- Educate patients and families on exercises, therapy progress, and at-home recommendations
- Engage with colleagues across disciplines to ensure optimal care outcomes
