Schedule/Hours:

  • Travel role, flexible scheduling in coordination with facility needs

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Completion of an approved physical therapy program
  • Current, unencumbered state license to practice physical therapy
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in physical therapy preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Comfortable with computer basics (emails, navigation, training management)
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and required liability insurance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and deliver therapeutic services as ordered
  • Maintain, update, and implement patient plans of treatment
  • Record and report patient progress to the care team and physicians
  • Instruct and supervise therapy assistants and aides
  • Advise families and agency staff on therapy protocols and patient needs
  • Participate in ongoing in-service education and staff meetings
  • Collaborate on discharge planning and care adjustments as needed
