In this hospital-based role, youll work within a supportive team to help patients regain and maximize their physical abilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to split your time between two locations, sharpening adaptability while broadening your clinical network and skillset.
Schedule
Travel position, switching locations mid-assignment (starting at Chelsea, moving to Revere)

Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program required
Bachelors or Masters degree accepted (for pre-2016 licensure)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required for 2016 or later licensure
Current Physical Therapist license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
1-2 years experience in a hospital, rehab, or ambulatory setting
Orthopedic physical therapy experience required
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Knowledge of accreditation and certification processes
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments; update care plans as needed
Restore patient physical function using manual therapy, exercise, and assistive devices
Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery expectations, and home care
Accurately document evaluation results, treatment goals, and progress
Supervise physical therapist assistants in accordance with policy and regulations
Contribute to ongoing hospital quality and process improvements
