Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and treatments focused on acute care patients
- Manage a typical caseload of 9-10 patients daily, adhering to a 75% productivity standard
- Utilize mobility equipment effectively to support patient rehabilitation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OT and SLP for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system (Meditech)
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Physical Therapist license required
- MPT or DPT degree from an accredited institution mandatory
- Significant acute care experience preferred
- Exposure to ICU setting and Meditech EMR system is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, outgoing personality to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment
