Schedule/Hours:
- Days (5x8)
- 36 hours guaranteed weekly
- Flexible option for 4 longer shifts per week, if preferred
- Call requirements as needed
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Comfortable treating neurological, orthopedic patients, and managing wound care as needed
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- EMR experience with EPIC is advantageous
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and administer treatments for diverse orthopedic, neurological, and wound care needs
- Collaborate with PT, OT, and ST colleagues to deliver comprehensive care
- Float between settings as needed to meet patient and facility needs
