Required Qualifications:

• Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an APTA-accredited program
• Minimum of one years PT experience in a hospital setting preferred

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in line with PT discipline
• Deliver safe, evidence-based therapy interventions using standard hospital equipment
• Collaborate with a dedicated teamday shift includes 1 charge therapist, 3 PTs, and 2 PTAs
• Document interventions and patient progress in MEDITECH
• Maintain professional communication with patients, family, and team members
• Adhere to a navy blue scrubs dress code
