Schedule/Hours
- Rotating weekends
Qualifications/Desired Experience
- One year of physical therapy experience preferred in a hospital setting
- Graduate of an accredited APTA program
- Active Texas PT licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention skills
- Navy blue scrubs required
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, treat, and develop individualized therapeutic interventions for patients as outlined by PT discipline
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize standard hospital equipment and EMR (MEDITECT) effectively
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Demonstrate flexibility by working harmoniously within a multidisciplinary team
