A rewarding opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide expert rehabilitation services within skilled nursing clinics in the Barrett and Evansville, Minnesota areas. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
