Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; full-time schedule (details provided during interview process).
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to maximize mobility and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Active and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Previous experience in a hospital therapy setting is highly preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to new work environments and processes quickly
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
