Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Nebraska
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent, relevant post-graduate experience (candidates with at least 6 months of pertinent experience will also be considered)
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Empathy, adaptability, and a high standard of professionalism

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized therapy plans, and implement evidence-based treatments
  • Apply therapeutic modalities to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility and strength
  • Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and adaptive techniques
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to support comprehensive care
  • Ensure adherence to all hospital and regulatory standards
