Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Physical Therapist license (PT) in California, or eligibility
• Previous experience in a hospital or similar acute care setting preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn within fast-paced clinical environments
• Clinical competence with evidence-based therapeutic interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in line with hospital standards
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic plans and injury prevention
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing expertise and feedback
