Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current Physical Therapist license (PT) in California, or eligibility
- Previous experience in a hospital or similar acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn within fast-paced clinical environments
- Clinical competence with evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy treatments for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in line with hospital standards
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic plans and injury prevention
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing expertise and feedback
