Schedule/Hours:

• Contract-based assignment

Role Highlights:

• Primarily outpatient therapy, supplemented by occasional acute care coverage
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, Aides, Home Health Aides, and students per regulatory standards
• Comprehensive patient assessment, treatment plan development, intervention, and care evaluation in line with current therapy standards
• Patient and family education on pathology, treatment plans, prognosis, and the use of adaptive/supportive equipment
• Case management and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient care
• Routine documentation and billing as per policy and compliance requirements
• Contribution to program development, process improvement, and staff/team education

Qualifications:

• Current licensing/registration to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Experience in both outpatient and acute care settings preferred
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
• Competency with Microsoft Windows and electronic documentation systems
• Ability to perform physical requirements, including lifting (up to 50 lbs), movement, and use of PPE
