This hospitals rehab department is a bustling hub with a dedicated team supporting both inpatient (35 beds) and acute rehab (488 beds) patients, offering you varied and fulfilling therapeutic challenges. Essential Skills and Experience:

• Active BLS certification required
• Recent experience as a hospital-based physical therapist
• Skilled in evaluations and follow-up treatments, including vestibular and lymphedema therapy
• Experience with Meditech and NetHealth (ReDoc) documentation systems preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable
• Flexible, adaptable, and independently driven
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive therapy evaluations
• Deliver evidence-based treatments in acute, rehab, and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per department standards
• Help foster a positive and inclusive work environment
